My work with B2A is mainly at Bukumbi Care Centre. The work focuses on enabling the community to be appropriately mobilised, and cared for. I am involved in income generating activities, and ensuring that Bukumbi residents have their needs met and rights respected.
Bukumbi Care Centre used to be a place of dependency and helplessness. I love my job and feel proud of my work because we have succeeded in achieving some big changes through working closely with residents.
