Tara Vicars

Working as the Dental Programmes Manager is a challenging position that keeps me busy with volunteers, Tanzanian Government and future planning. I enjoy the fast pace and working with our fantastic team of staff and volunteers. Working on Communications for B2A also adds some spice and allows me to use the skills I gained before moving to Mwanza.
