Mwanza - the city at the heart of Bridge2Aid's work
|
Mwanza is a busy African city, and it is the most important port on Lake Victoria. It is connected to the country's commercial capital, Dar es Salaam, by rail. It is a pleasant and scenic town with a bustling atmosphere, surrounded by areas of granite outcrops balanced precariously on top of each other. It is a two hour drive from Mwanza to the Serengeti, one of Tanzania’s biggest tourist attractions. |
