Our supporters take to the skies! - 14 Jun 2010
Congratulations to our skydivers Ruth Bowyer, Atukl Gandecha, Loretta Hutchings, Tami Lampert, Debbie Morey, Rebecca McCarroll, Kris Russell and Alan and Sara Frampton as they raised over £2700 by doing a tandem skydive on Saturday!
Despite breezy conditions and slightly grey skies, everyone fearlessly jumped and some have even make promises to do it again next year!
Ruth commented, 'It was fantastic……very surreal, you just fall out of the plane and tumble for a bit…and I wasn’t scared at all, it was almost as if it wasn’t really happening - very bizarre! Will definitely be doing it again next year - if anyone would like to join me!'
